Mandy is a business owner, healer, writer, teacher, mom and soon to be wife. This blog was born out of her need to tell the tales of her journey into marriage the second time around. She lives in Portland, OR with her two children and partner. She owns bodymechanics a wellness center offering a fully equipped Pilates studio, massage therapy, energy healing, aesthetics services and chiropractic care.
